Many suppliers or even the original manufacturer tell you that gooseneck and its spare parts are wear out product in hot chamber die casting industry. We don't discuss life span not to mention the quality of your die casting parts. Defect rate? What is that to do with my gooseneck spare parts?

When we discuss the defect rate of your die casting parts, of course it is not only the gooseneck spare parts determine the result of your defect. There are things to considered such as the machine age, the mold then the gooseneck unit.

Suppose your part costs US$ 0.5.- and one day 10% defect, you will loose 288 x 0.5 = US$144.- If you work 22 days a month, you will be loosing US$3168.- per month.
