In production of Zinc alloy pressure die casting, staff usually found the over flow from plunger hole or making noisy sound. It had been treated as normal and would continue the production till the Defect rate start rising. Then they will prepare to change the die casting gooseneck. Procedure as following: 

1. The boiled hot material has to release from the melting pot.

4. Restart the heating and waiting for the temperature to rise to 300-400 degree.
